Over 6 years of experience in the field of IT & Software development, having worked in Internet and e-commerce companies Sify.com and Amazon.com. He left Amazon in June 2011 and co-founded Chennaishopping.com along with Sankar.
At Chennaishopping.com, he oversees a day to day operational activity which includes Order processing, Delivery and Customer interactions. He is also an Open Source enthusiast since 2002 and being part of Indian Linux User Group – Chennai. While working in Amazon.com, he wrote Checkout By Amazon plug-in for OScommerce & Zencart open source cart programs which are being used by merchants for easy and intuitive checkout. His hobbies include writing blogs, traveling and hiking.
Sankar Pitchai Manickam
Sankar, born and brought up in Paramakudi (near Madurai), had graduated from Madras University in B.Tech (Information Technology). Having worked for over 7 years in Internet technologies & Software development, he comes with new suggestions and thoughts related to the website.
